Ready to lead beyond a single service?
Our Home Care Services team is looking for an experienced and ambitious Area Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of Supported Living and Social Care services across Hillingdon and other service locations.
This is an opportunity for an established care leader who wants greater influence, broader responsibility and the chance to develop other managers, while ensuring the people we support receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
The opportunity
You will provide visible leadership across multiple services, supporting and developing our Teams to build confident, capable teams. You will play a key role in driving quality, strengthening safeguarding and compliance, improving service delivery and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
You will also build strong relationships with the people we support, their families, commissioners and health and social care professionals.
Is this your next step?
We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced care leader with a background in Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or a related Health and Social Care setting.
- Lead, coach and develop managers
- Recognise where services can improve and take decisive action
- Maintain high standards of quality, safeguarding and compliance
- Build engaged, accountable teams
- Remain calm, confident and solutions-focused when challenges arise
- Keep the people we support at the heart of every decision
- Willing and able to take on Registered Manager responsibility
Qualifications: You will ideally hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Social Care or an equivalent qualification. We will also consider candidates with an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care combined with significant care-management experience.
Working pattern and flexibility
While this is primarily a Monday-to-Friday role, flexibility is essential, as you will participate in our Duty Manager roster, providing management support outside normal working hours when required.
A full driving licence, your own vehicle and flexibility to travel between services are essential. You may also be required to transport service users.
Why Home Care Services?
Our values of People First, Genuine Care, Highest Standards, Honesty and Accountability guide how we work.
For the right leader, this is an opportunity to move beyond managing one service and make an impact across a wider portfolio, developing managers, influencing quality and helping shape consistently strong services.
