Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Tiles and Stone

Industry Sector: Stone, Tile, Kitchen and Bathroom Showrooms, Ceramic Floor & Wall Tiles, KBB, Kitchen & Bathroom Retailers, Kitchen Studio’s, Independent Retailers, Tile Distributors

Area to be covered: Scotland

Remuneration: £45,000-£55,000 + 20-30% commission + 10% quarterly profit share Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Tiles and Stone will involve:

• Field sales role selling a manufactured range of tile and stone

• Majority of time selling into kitchen and bathroom retail showrooms

• Opportunity to grow projects in the future with architects and contractors

• Mix of account management and new business development

• Typically 4 days a week on the road visiting customers, one day working from home/ administration

• Assisting with merchandising, training, developing and nurturing kitchen & bathroom retailers as required

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Tiles and Stone with:

• Ideally sold aesthetically pleasing interior products

• Specific knowledge of tiles/ stone not essential, but may be advantageous

• 2 years+ field sales experience

• Sold into kitchen & bathroom retail showrooms

• Hardworking/ honest

• Professional and prepared with strong organisation and territory management capability

• Prepared to do high mileage
