Art Teacher

Moore Teachers is recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Hertfordshire for an Art Teacher to cover a short-term assignment until the October half-term.Due to the immediate start required, applicants who hold QTS and an Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service will be given priority.

The role

Teaching Art across the secondary age range Minimal planning and preparation due to the short-term nature of the assignment Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress Creating a positive and inclusive learning environmentThe ideal candidate will: Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Have experience teaching Art within a secondary school setting Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills Be committed to raising achievement and inspiring students to reach their potential Be organised, enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering high-quality teachingThis is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Art Teacher to join a supportive school and make a positive impact during a key period of the academic year
