Aspire Housing Support Worker (Fixed Term)

Thames Reach is seeking a Support Worker for the Aspire Service in London. The role is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, based in Hackney with pan-London travel, 37.5 hours per week.

You will assess risks, provide practical resettlement support, and work with housing providers and partner agencies to help individuals sustain tenancy and progress toward independence. We value diversity and offer strong development and wellbeing support.
