The Body Shop in the United Kingdom is seeking an aspirational store leader to support the Store Management team. You’ll help drive retail excellence, deliver strong sales results and an engaging customer experience by coaching Customer Consultants and modelling our purpose.

You will handle customer concerns, assist with visual merchandising, inventory, and store operations, while developing the team to meet targets and participate in onboarding and training tied to our activism campaigns.
