Assistant Principal, Inclusion & SEND Strategy

Polam Hall School is seeking an Assistant Principal for Inclusion to commence in January 2027. The role forms part of the Senior Leadership Team, leading inclusion and SEND provisions across the school, and reporting to the Vice Principal of Character and Flourishing.

The post involves managing the SEND team, ensuring compliance with statutory duties, and developing a clear inclusion strategy within a 37-week term-time structure.
