Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A less corporate Quantity Surveying Consultancy is seeking a personable Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join an established team of 15 Quantity Surveyors, working closely with a supportive Partner across a wide range of projects in the industrial, retail and high-end hospitality sectors.

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the wider Quantity Surveying team across a range of pre and post contract duties, including preparing cost estimates, cost plans, valuations and negotiating final accounts.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS accredited degree. 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice Basic Pre and post contract knowledge Personable, articulate, team focusedIn Return?
