Assistant Regional Lead, Education Programs & Impact

Nudge Education is seeking an Assistant Regional Lead to join our regional team in West Sussex/Hampshire. You will line-manage Practitioners, supervise meetings, embed performance management, and help deliver high-quality services across the region.

You will assist with inductions, training delivery, quality visits, and safeguarding compliance. Reporting to the Regional Lead, you will help plan activities, coordinate events, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
