Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to brand standards.
• Supervise and support retail associates, providing guidance on customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective merchandising and proactive customer engagement.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining store tidiness.
• Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, taking responsibility for store operations.
