Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the retail team to meet performance goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Help maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
• Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute ideas for improvement.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, with some exposure to supervisory or management duties.
