Assistant Site Manager

Are you a house building Assistant Site Manager interested in joining a leading residential developer on a brand new volume house building site in Staffordshire?

There is an exciting new job opportunity to join a leading house builder to help assist with the management of a brand new site consisting of 2 to 4 bed high quality homes. Working closely with a highly experienced Site Manager, you will assist in the daily operations of a busy residential development, overseeing and managing subcontractors, health & safety & ensuring high standards of build quality and adhering to build programme deadlines.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

Previous experience working as a Assistant / Finishing Foreman or Site Supervisor on new build housing developments Ability to motivate the team and subcontractors Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation Valid SSSTS , CSCS and First Aid certificate

This is a growing region with an impressive pipeline of new sites & excellent routes to step in to Site Management in the next 12 - 24 months.

Salary & Package on offer:

Base £45,000 to £50,000 £4,500 car allowance 25 days holidays + bank holidays Pension Healthcare
