Assistant Site Manager - Oxfordshire / Northamptonshire

£45,000 + Package We are working with a well-established, privately owned residential developer looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a traditional build housing development in the Oxfordshire area. This is a great opportunity for an ASM who enjoys working within a smaller, close-knit business, where you're not just another number and can genuinely get involved in the day-to-day running and delivery of the site.

The role

Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a traditional build residential development Coordinating trades and subcontractors Maintaining high standards of health & safety Monitoring build quality and programme Carrying out inspections and ensuring works are completed to the required standard Assisting with plots through to completion and handover

The person:

Previous experience within residential housebuilding Traditional build experience preferred Strong organisational and communication skills A hands-on approach to site management Keen to develop and progress within a supportive business Relevant site qualifications including SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred The business is privately owned and Northamptonshire-based, with a strong pipeline of future work expected to be concentrated around Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties. This is a lovely opportunity for someone looking for the stability and standards of an established housebuilder, but within a smaller and more personable environment. Salary: up to £45,000 + package
