Associate Building Surveyor

This is a Permanent, Full-time position with hybrid working arrangements, combining commercial building surveying delivery with team management, client development and business growth responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead surveys, TDD, dilapidations, party wall matters and planned maintenance commissions.

• Oversee new-build, refurbishment and maintenance projects through to completion.

• Develop client relationships and generate new instructions through business development activity.

• Lead and mentor building surveying professionals.

• Manage bids and support commercial objectives and revenue development.

Requirements

• MRICS professional qualification.

• Broad post-qualification commercial building surveying experience.

• Experience acting as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent.

• Knowledge of construction, procurement, tendering and contract strategies.

• Experience leading teams and negotiating professional fees.

Salary & Package

• £70,000 - £80,000 salary plus bonus.
