Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases, sales contracts, and other property-related documents.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
- Advise clients on a range of property matters, including development agreements and planning issues.
- Liaise effectively with clients, agents, surveyors, and other legal professionals.
- Contribute to the business development efforts of the department and firm.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years' post-qualification experience in Commercial Real Estate.
- Demonstrated experience in handling a variety of commercial property transactions.
- Strong understanding of property law, leases, and land registration procedures.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, utilising hybrid working arrangements.
