Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion, including acquisitions and disposals.
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial leases and licenses.
- Conduct thorough property due diligence for transactions.
- Advise clients on planning law, landlord and tenant matters, and property development.
- Liaise effectively with clients, agents, surveyors, and other legal professionals.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and proactively seek opportunities for business development.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law .
- Solid experience in handling a diverse range of property transactions.
- Strong understanding of Land Registry procedures and property legislation.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a demanding caseload and meet deadlines efficiently.
