About the Role

In this role, you will specialize in the diagnosis and repair of complex electrical systems in modern vehicles. You will be instrumental in ensuring that vehicle electronics, from basic lighting to advanced driver-assistance systems, function perfectly. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in vehicle electrical systems, including wiring harnesses, ECUs, sensors, and actuators.
• Install and configure aftermarket electrical accessories, such as audio systems, alarms, and tracking devices.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic equipment to pinpoint electrical issues and ensure accurate repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicle electrical components to avoid future failures.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in automotive electrical technology and repair techniques.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and manufacturer standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as an Automotive Electrician or a similar specialized role.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, CAN bus networks, and diagnostic procedures.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and software specific to automotive electrical systems.
• Relevant certifications in automotive electrical repair are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
