Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic hardware for automotive applications, including ECUs, sensors, and power management systems.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and perform component selection for electronic modules.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electronic components and systems, including environmental and EMC testing.
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and firmware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues during development, prototyping, and production phases.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automotive electronics technology and industry trends.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications for electronic designs.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure the successful production of electronic components.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development, preferably within the automotive sector .
- Proficiency in using schematic capture and PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence).
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, power electronics, and communication interfaces (e.g., CAN, LIN, SPI).
- Experience with electronic testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and logic analyzers.
- Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations, including EMC/EMI requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment on-site.
