Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software for automotive infotainment systems, focusing on UI/UX, media playback, navigation, and connectivity features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as C++, Java, or Python, adhering to software development best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, hardware engineers, and system architects to translate requirements into functional software modules.
- Integrate third-party applications and services into the infotainment platform.
- Perform software testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process within a hybrid environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on embedded systems or user-facing applications.
- Experience developing for embedded Linux, Android Automotive, or similar operating systems.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python) and development tools.
- Understanding of multimedia frameworks, graphics rendering, and network protocols.
