Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD software.
- Conduct simulations and performance testing to validate designs against specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and designers, throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for design reviews and project milestones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues that arise during prototype testing and development.
- Ensure designs comply with safety standards, regulations, and company requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive mechanical design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS).
- Strong understanding of material science, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
