About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and organized Automotive Parts Specialist to join their fully remote customer support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams seeking information and support regarding automotive parts, compatibility, and availability. You will leverage your extensive understanding of vehicle components and systems to ensure accurate order fulfillment and provide exceptional customer service, all from your remote workstation. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive parts identification, compatibility, and specifications via phone, email, and chat.
• Utilize electronic parts catalogs and OEM databases to accurately identify and source required vehicle components.
• Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment, and manage any returns or exchanges.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and internal sales teams on parts selection and application.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and part inquiries.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient delivery of parts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an automotive parts counter , service advisor, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive components, systems, and aftermarket parts.
• Proficiency with electronic parts catalogs (EPCs) and dealership management systems (DMS).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable and productive working in a fully remote setting.
