You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and validation, working with cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new powertrain components and systems, including engine, transmission, and hybrid/electric drivetrains.
• Conduct performance simulations and analytical work to optimize powertrain efficiency, emissions, and drivability.
• Develop and execute test plans for powertrain validation, utilizing dynamometers and vehicle testing procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and calibration engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during development and testing phases.
• Contribute to the definition of powertrain requirements and specifications based on market needs and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive powertrain development .
• Strong understanding of internal combustion engines, hybrid systems, or electric vehicle powertrains.
• Proficiency with simulation tools (e.g., GT-SUITE, MATLAB/Simulink) and data acquisition systems.
• Experience with powertrain testing and validation procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
