Automotive Service Administrator / Service Advisor Leading Commercial Truck Co Location: West Drayton Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 Type: Permanent, Full-Time Automotive Service Administrator / Service Advisor-The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Automotive Service Administrator / Service Advisor to join an established Commercial Vehicle Dealership in West Drayton. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years' recent automotive Service experience and be confident working in a busy Workshop environment. HGV, commercial vehicle or truck experience is highly desirable, but not essential. Candidates from a strong automotive Service background who are looking to move into the commercial vehicle sector are encouraged to apply. Automotive Service Administrator / Service Advisor -Key Responsibilities

• Booking vehicles into the Workshop and managing service and repair appointments.
• Creating and maintaining accurate job cards, job codes and customer records.
• Managing workshop schedules and ensuring jobs progress efficiently.
• Liaising with customers regarding repairs, costs, progress and completion times.
• Working closely with Technicians, Parts and Workshop Management.
• Preparing estimates and quotations where required.
• Ensuring parts are ordered and available when required.
• Processing completed job cards and raising invoices.
• Supporting warranty and manufacturer administration.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Automotive Service Administrator / Service Advisor About You Essential:
• Minimum 2 years' recent automotive Service experience.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Administrator or Workshop Administrator.
• Good understanding of automotive servicing and repair.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy Workshop environment.

Desirable

• HGV / Commercial Vehicle / Truck workshop experience.
• Commercial vehicle dealership experience.
