About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, discussing their vehicle's service or repair requirements.
• Accurately record customer requests and vehicle details into the workshop management system.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs, including estimated costs and timelines.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the workshop to ensure efficient operation.
• Liaise between customers and the technical team to provide updates on repair progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or workshop is highly desirable.
