Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and efficiently, identifying their vehicle service or repair needs.
• Create accurate and detailed repair orders, clearly documenting customer concerns and technician notes.
• Provide customers with accurate estimates for service and repairs, explaining recommended work.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
• Process customer payments and ensure all service documentation is completed accurately.

Requirements
