About the Role

Our client is looking for an engaging and organized Automotive Service Advisor to join their team in Brighton . This role is the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repair. You will be responsible for greeting customers, listening to their concerns, accurately documenting service needs, and communicating effectively with the workshop technicians. Your ability to build rapport, explain complex automotive issues in simple terms, and manage customer expectations will be key to your success. This on-site position is vital for ensuring a positive customer experience and driving service department efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, documenting their vehicle's service requirements.
• Consult with automotive technicians to understand the scope of work needed and provide accurate repair estimates.

Requirements
