Your responsibilities will include accurately booking appointments, understanding customer concerns, advising on necessary work, and ensuring clear communication throughout the service process. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, understanding their vehicle service or repair needs.
• Accurately create service orders, detailing customer concerns and required work for technicians.
• Provide clear explanations of services, costs, and estimated completion times to customers.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently, optimizing workshop capacity.
• Liaise between customers and the workshop team, providing updates and addressing queries.
• Upsell additional services or accessories where appropriate and beneficial to the customer.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments and records.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) or similar software.
