About the Role

This key role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their vehicle service needs, and ensuring a seamless experience from booking to collection. You will liaise effectively between customers and the workshop technicians, providing clear communication and accurate estimates. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, accurately identifying their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Book service appointments efficiently, managing workshop schedules and technician availability.
• Communicate clearly with customers about proposed work, costs, and timelines, obtaining necessary approvals.
• Provide customers with updates on their vehicle's progress and any additional findings during servicing.
• Ensure all service documentation is accurate, complete, and processed promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding vehicle maintenance and service packages.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
