You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing on vehicle engines, transmissions, and electrical systems using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
- Repair and replace worn or faulty automotive parts, ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize electronic service manuals and technical resources to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and vehicle status updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician or similar role.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and automotive software .
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
