Key Responsibilities

• Repair tears, rips, and wear on leather, vinyl, and fabric upholstery.
• Re-trim and replace damaged or worn sections of vehicle interiors.
• Install custom upholstery, including bespoke seat covers and headliners.
• Perform deep cleaning and conditioning of interior surfaces.
• Assist in the design and fitting of custom interior packages.
• Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and finish.
• Work closely with the team to manage project timelines and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Upholsterer or in a related soft furnishings trade.
• Proficiency in working with various automotive materials such as leather, vinyl, and fabrics.
• Skilled in cutting, stitching, and fitting upholstery components.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous automotive upholstery work.
• Good understanding of interior vehicle structures and fitting methods.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
