About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Workshop Manager to lead their busy service centre in Wolverhampton . You will be responsible for overseeing all workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction are maintained at the highest level. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the automotive workshop, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Monitor workshop performance against targets and implement strategies for improvement.
• Manage inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost control.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing queries and resolving issues professionally.

Requirements

• Significant experience in automotive workshop management or a senior technician role with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong technical understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Proven ability in team leadership, performance management, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using workshop management software and systems.
• A valid UK driving licence is essential.
