Autonomous Advanced Practitioner - Urgent Care Triage Lead

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Haslemere is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (Paramedic Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner) to work autonomously within the urgent care and same-day access team, leading the development and delivery of a safe triage system for the practice.

You will collaborate with GPs, the Practice Manager and a multidisciplinary team to manage clinical demand and provide high-quality assessment and treatment for acute presentations.
