Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and thorough Aviation Compliance Specialist to join their team in Oxford, Oxfordshire . This role is vital for ensuring that all operations strictly adhere to national and international aviation regulations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, conducting audits, and advising management on regulatory requirements. Working within a dedicated compliance department, you will help maintain the highest standards of safety and operational integrity in the dynamic aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain aviation compliance programs aligned with CAA, EASA, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
• Investigate compliance issues, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
• Stay current with evolving aviation regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, Business, or a related field.
• Significant experience (4+ years) in aviation compliance, safety management, or regulatory affairs.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., EASA Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part-M).
• Experience with audit procedures and compliance monitoring systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance projects simultaneously in Oxford .
