About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Aviation Operations Analyst to join their team in Southampton . Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Operations Research, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an operations analyst , preferably within the aviation or transportation industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with aviation operational processes , such as flight scheduling, dispatch, and fleet management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
