About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Aviation Operations Manager to lead their operational division based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK . This senior role is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of all aviation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily aviation operations, including flight scheduling, ground handling, and crew management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Ensure strict adherence to all aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in aviation operations management, preferably in an airline or airport environment.
