This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex aviation projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of aviation projects, from planning and initiation through execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all project activities comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Substantial experience in project management within the aviation industry .
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
