About the Role

Our client is looking for a diligent and experienced Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team in Cambridge . You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities meet stringent industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety and airworthiness of aircraft. You will conduct thorough inspections, review documentation, and identify non-compliance issues, working closely with maintenance teams to implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation maintenance and a keen eye for detail, contributing significantly to our client's commitment to quality and safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of aircraft, components, and maintenance processes.
• Review maintenance records, work orders, and certifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify deviations from standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of quality control systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation authorities' regulations (e.g., EASA, CAA).

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector or in a related QA role within aviation.
• Hold relevant EASA Part-66 or equivalent certifications (e.g., B1, B2).
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, quality standards, and maintenance practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
