About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team in Bristol . This crucial role ensures that all maintenance activities and aircraft modifications comply with stringent aviation regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. You will conduct thorough inspections, audits, and verifications throughout the maintenance process, from component receipt to final aircraft release. Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on aircraft, components, and maintenance processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Audit maintenance records, work orders, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify that repairs and modifications are carried out according to approved data and technical specifications.
• Identify non-conforming products or processes and initiate corrective action procedures.
• Participate in internal and external audits, including those conducted by regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and provide detailed reports on quality assurance activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar quality control role within aviation maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., EASA Part-145, FAA regulations).
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for effective inspection and auditing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with maintenance staff and management.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in aviation maintenance or quality assurance.
