About the Role

Our client is seeking a rigorous and experienced Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector to join their esteemed engineering department based in Bristol, South West England . This crucial role ensures that all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities meet the stringent safety, quality, and regulatory standards demanded by the aviation industry. You will conduct thorough inspections, audits, and assessments of aircraft, components, and processes, meticulously documenting findings and ensuring compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of aircraft, aircraft components, and associated documentation to ensure compliance with approved data and regulations.
• Conduct internal audits of maintenance processes, workshops, and facilities to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Review and approve maintenance records, release certificates, and other quality-related documentation.
• Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant aviation authority regulations (e.g., EASA Part-145, Part-M).
• Promote a strong quality and safety culture throughout the organization and provide guidance to maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar quality control role within aviation maintenance.
• Possession of a recognized Quality Assurance certification or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of EASA Part-145, Part-M, and other relevant aviation regulations and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a systematic approach to inspections and audits.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with regulatory bodies and internal teams in Bristol .
