About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., EASA, ISO).
• Manage the certification and recertification processes for relevant aviation approvals.
• Oversee the handling of non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Train and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering their professional development.
• Report on quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement to senior management.
• Ensure all operational activities meet the highest safety and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance within the aviation industry.
