About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Aviation Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their team, supporting operations across various regions. You will act as a key liaison between the company and aviation authorities, advising on regulatory strategy and managing certification processes. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, interpret, and communicate global aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA, CAAC) to relevant departments.
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support company objectives and product development.
• Manage the certification and approval processes for aircraft, components, and operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for aviation regulatory authorities worldwide.
• Prepare and submit applications, documentation, and reports to regulatory bodies.
• Advise senior management on regulatory risks and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation regulatory affairs or compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of international aviation regulatory frameworks and certification processes.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with aviation authorities.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to operate effectively remotely and in Nottingham .
