Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret aviation safety data from various sources, including incident reports and flight data.
• Identify emerging safety risks and trends, developing predictive models where possible.
• Develop and implement proactive safety recommendations and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed safety reports and present findings to management and operational teams.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
• Facilitate safety awareness and training initiatives for relevant personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Safety, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation safety analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
• Strong knowledge of aviation safety principles, regulations, and accident investigation processes.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
