Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Safety Management System (SMS) in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities across all operational areas.
• Investigate aviation safety incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, communication, and engagement initiatives for all staff.
• Liaise with aviation regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance and address any safety-related concerns.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement in aviation safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aviation Safety Manager or in a similar senior safety role within the aviation industry.
• In-depth knowledge of ICAO Annex 19, EASA, and CAA safety regulations and requirements.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and safety management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in conducting safety investigations and developing corrective action plans.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
