Aviation Security Officer

About the Role

Our client is seeking vigilant and professional Aviation Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of passengers, staff, and aircraft at their facility in Sheffield . This role is critical in preventing unauthorized access, detecting security threats, and responding effectively to incidents. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security screening of passengers, baggage, and cargo using screening equipment.
• Patrol airport premises, terminals, and aircraft to detect and deter security breaches.
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and respond to security alerts.
• Enforce airport security regulations and identify individuals or items that pose a risk.
• Assist passengers and provide security-related information as needed.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies according to established procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous.
