About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Aviation Technical Records Specialist to join their team in Manchester . You will be responsible for maintaining and managing all aircraft technical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the airworthiness of the fleet and ensuring smooth operations. You will work closely with maintenance teams, quality assurance, and regulatory bodies to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of all documentation related to aircraft maintenance and history, contributing directly to flight safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all aircraft technical logbooks and maintenance records.
• Ensure all maintenance documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Process and verify aircraft component history cards and traceability records.
• Support audits by regulatory authorities and internal quality assurance teams.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance departments on record-keeping requirements.
• Archive historical records in accordance with company and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aviation Technical Records Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations pertaining to aircraft maintenance records.
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance software systems (e.g., AMOS, SAP).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of aircraft documentation and airworthiness principles.
