B2B Partnerships Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Role: B2B Partnerships Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE plus bonus

At Buy It Direct, we don’t just sell products, we shape the online shopping experience.

Business, education and public sector customers are one of our biggest growth opportunities. We’re looking for a B2B Partnerships Executive to build partnerships with the technology brands we sell and turn them into campaigns that win business customers.

This isn’t just a marketing role. You’ll pitch to brands, secure their investment and deliver campaigns that drive real revenue.

What you’ll be doing

Selling to the Brands

Pitch and negotiate: Build our partner proposition, pitch it to vendors and distributors, and agree the investment behind each plan.

Grow through results: Report back on what every campaign delivers and use it to pitch the next one, while hitting an annual vendor income target.

Marketing to Business Customers

Campaign ownership: Plan and deliver B2B campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid search, webinars, PR and on-site, working with the teams behind each channel.

Sales enablement: Equip our B2B sales teams with briefings, scripts and collateral so the phones sell the campaign.

Working Across the Business

Joining the dots: Link buying, trading and sales so partner deals, promotions and marketing line up. Use AI tools every day for research, content, analysis and reporting, and help the team do the same.

What we’re looking for

A natural seller: You’ve won customers, closed deals or grown accounts, in any role or your own business.

Commercially sharp: Comfortable with targets, margin and ROI.

Driven: You keep going when a brand says no. You hate leaving money on the table.

Confident communicator: You can pitch to brands and write persuasively for any audience.

AI-first: You already use AI every day to work faster.

Ability and attitude matter more to us than years of experience.

Tools of the Trade

LinkedIn (organic and paid), CRM and email tools, AI tools and Microsoft.

Why join us?

A commercially important role with real ownership, and room to grow across the group
