Bank Enabling Support Worker
Location: Shaftesbury North East – Heaton and Walker. Competitive salary plus benefits.
We are looking for an experienced care professional to join our Complex Care Service as a Bank Enabling Support Worker.
About You
- Minimum 12 months experience supporting people with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern in a supported living environment.
- NVQ/QCF level 2 or a desire to work towards the qualification while working.
- A person‑centred approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding support.
About the Role
- Provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and from the person‑centred support plan.
- Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
- Administer personal care and medication where required.
- Cover sleep sessions, with an additional payment of £60 per sleep in.
