Bank Enabling Support Worker - Complex Care (Sleep Shifts Paid)

Shaftesbury is seeking a Bank Enabling Support Worker for the Complex Care Service in the North East (Heaton and Walker). You will join a committed team to provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months' experience, NVQ/QCF level 2, and a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will maintain accurate records and may participate in sleep sessions with enhanced pay.
