Bank Support Worker: Flexible Shifts in Children's Care

Compass Community is seeking Bank Support Workers to help children in care within our homes, supporting their development and well-being while prioritising safeguarding and a non-judgemental approach. You will work with children and young people, building trusting relationships and helping with daily activities, education, and recreation.

Previous experience is not essential; we provide a comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
