About the Role

This role involves advising a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions and corporations, on complex financing transactions. Your responsibilities will include structuring, documenting, and negotiating syndicated loans, corporate finance, acquisition finance, and other financial arrangements. You will be integral to providing high-calibre legal advice and managing transactions efficiently, contributing to the firm's strong reputation in the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad spectrum of banking and finance transactions, including leveraged finance, corporate lending, and asset finance.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements.
• Conduct legal due diligence on borrowers and assets.
• Manage client relationships and liaise with opposing counsel and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the financial services sector.
• Assist in business development and growing the firm's finance practice.
