Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of bar operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, train, and schedule a team of bartenders and bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and maintain an exciting and profitable drinks menu, including seasonal specials and signature cocktails.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocktaking, and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and responsible service of alcohol policies.
• Engage with customers, handle queries and complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beer.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Relevant personal license holder or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
